Brad Bowsher – General Manager

Brad earned his BA in Business Administration in 1983 and has been managing our practice since May of 2013. He has over 30 years in the dental field as Business Consultant and is passionate about building lasting relationships with our patients and educating them on how they can achieve and maintain great oral health. Away from the office he enjoys camping with his beautiful wife of over 40 years, hiking and spending time with his family which includes nine grandchildren.

Kimmerlee Buckholts - Hygiene Liaison & Scheduling Coordinator

I have worked in the dental field since 1975, acting as an assistant in the fields of general dentistry and periodontal surgery before transitioning into administrative positions. I was born in Germany and raised in a military family. My father had a career in the Air Force, so we lived all over the world. I have been married since 1976 and have two daughters. My oldest daughter graduated from Tomball High School in 2000 and from U of H with a degree in English literature. She is now teaching at Aldine ISD. My youngest daughter graduated from Tomball High School in 2011. We have lived in Tomball since 1992, and I have worked with Dr. Friedrichs since April of 2003.

Carrie Reno - Financial Coordinator

I have more than 20 years of experience in the field of general dentistry. I attended UTDB Dental Assisting Program in 1980-81, and I switched from dental assisting to an administrative position in 1985. I have been married since 1981 and have three kids, two boys and one girl. They all graduated from Tomball High School in 2001, 2004, and 2008. I also have two granddaughters and I have lived in Tomball since 2000. I take continuing education in all areas of dentistry each year.

Rosy Rangel - Insurance Coordinator

I graduated from dental assisting school in 2007 and am a certified RDA. I have been happily married to the love of my life since 2008, and we enjoy fishing, country music, and road trips on the weekends to the country. I was born and raised right here in Tomball, Texas, and feel very blessed to have the opportunity to serve our community.

Bridget Morris - Registered Dental Hygienist

I graduated from Coastal Bend College Dental Hygiene School in 2013. I was born and raised in Conroe, Texas, where my parents and four siblings still reside. We are a very close-knit family, and I love spending time with them. I am an active member of the Family Faith Church in Willis, Texas, and feel so blessed to now be a part of such an amazing dental practice. I have a deep passion for dental hygiene and love being able to help people smile and feel confident. I am so excited to be a part of this community and to serve our many wonderful patients.

Sherree Harrell - Registered Dental Assistant

Sherree earned her certification as a Registered Dental Assistant in 1998 and joined our staff earlier this year. She is passionate about caring for every patient as if they were her very own family and assisting our doctor in providing the amazing care our patients have become accustom to. Away from the office she enjoys cooking, spending time with her family and friends and in particular her beautiful daughter.

Bella Patel - Registered Dental Hygienist

Bella graduated from UTSD Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2012. She has been a valued member of our staff since 2013 and is very passionate about Dental Hygiene. Bella takes pride in expanding her knowledge through continuing education courses and passing that knowledge to our patients. In her time away from the office she enjoys reading, watching movies and spending time with her family. Bella has been married since 1997 and has been blessed with two wonderful boys.

Janice Johnson - Registered Dental Assistant

I have worked as an RDA since 1975, and continue my dental education regularly. I am certified in nitrous oxide, oxygen, jurisprudence, cross contamination, and CPR. I have lived in Texas my whole life and have been very fortunate to work in some very professional dental offices and also with great people. This dental practice and team is the best I’ve worked with. I have been in Tomball and with Dr. Friedrichs’s office since 2003 and hopefully will retire here. I have two dogs, two cats, and no children. I love to read and cook in my spare time.

Shawn Codi Ham - Registered Dental Assistant

Codi is originally from Lafayette, LA and earned her certification as a Registered Dental Assistant in 2003. Codi joined our practice in the fall of 2021 and is very passionate about the dental field and assisting our doctors in providing extraordinary care to our amazing patients. Away from the office she enjoys listening to music, cooking and spending time with her three beautiful children

Esmerelda Hernandez - Registered Dental Assistant

Esmeralda earned her certification as a Registered Dental Assistant in 2013 and joined our practice in 2021. She continues to pursue her business degree at the Lone Star College Tomball campus. Esmeralda is dedicated to providing outstanding service to our patients and assisting our doctors in delivering the extraordinary care they have become accustom to. In her spare time she enjoys long walks with her dog Grace, road trips and family gatherings.

Meagen Knight - Registered Dental Assistant

Meagen is a native Houstonian and earned her Dental Assistant Registration in May of 2020 from Pima Medical Institute. She joined our practice in the fall of 2023 and just loves our patient’s and building lasting relationships with them through the care she provides. Away from the office Meagen loves to play with her dog Jennifer and spending time with her grandparents.

Saydi Franco - Registered Dental Assistant

Saydi, moved to the Tomball area in 2017 and earned her Dental Assistant Registration in July 2022. She joined our practice in the fall of 2023 and is very passionate about taking loving care of our patients. Away from the office, Saydi enjoys spending time with her precious son and staying fit and active.
